CUSTOMER NOTICE – CORONAVIRUS

 

Due to COVID-19 we are unable to open as usual. However, we recognise that some of our services are essential to our customers. Due to unpredictable staffing situations each of our stores is having to operate these essential services the best they can.

Please contact your local store to discuss your individual circumstances & requirements and if possible they will make an appointment for you to visit or carry out the transaction remotely.

If you have a Buyback, Layaway or Pawned item that you wish to make a payment against we are happy for you to do this over the phone via your debit/credit card or you may make a bank transfer to us. If making a bank transfer, please contact us before and we will tell you the reference number to put on the transfer.

Once payment has been made remotely we can either post or email you any relevant paperwork. We would of course prefer email to minimise contact. We are happy to store your item until it is safe for you to come and collect.

 

To minimise cash transactions and keypad contact, we are asking customers to use bank transfer or contactless card payments wherever possible if under £30 and Apple Pay or Android Pay if over £30. There is no upper limit for Apple and Android Pay. Apple and Android Pay is widely recognised as more secure than chip and pin. We would prefer to pay you by bank transfer but understand cash may be essential so this may be possible via an appointment.

We ask that any goods you bring into store have been thoroughly cleaned.

You may find our phone lines are busier than usual or unavailable at times. If so you may leave us a message or contact us via email or our Facebook page using Facebook Messenger and we can call you back. Please don’t worry if we don’t get back to you immediately we will as soon as possible.

We understand this is a worrying time for everyone both health wise and financially. We will be doing all we can to help minimise our customers concerns and exercising as much forbearance as possible. Please keep an eye on our website and your local stores social media for updates.
